You can request deletion of your HOCA account and associated data at any time. Submit the form below and our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Your HOCA profile and partner details
Contact details (name, email, phone, address)
KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie, bank details)
Bank / UPI payout details and wallet information

What we keep

For legal and tax compliance, transaction and payout records are retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law, after which they are permanently deleted.

Our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your HOCA account and associated data within 30 days.

What happens next:
1. We verify the request against your registered mobile number.
2. Your profile, KYC documents and payout details are deleted.
3. You'll receive a confirmation once completed.
